Welcome to L U X E T I R E, and thank  you for shopping with us! All our items are exchangeable as long as they are in their original condition.
 
If, within 7 days of receipt, you are unhappy with your order, we will honor our return policy by granting you a refund on the product.
It is up to the customer to ship the product back to us.
 
All discounted items in our sale section sold are final sale and are not subject to a refund, exchange or store credit only.

Please send us an email at info@luxetire.com requesting an RMA form.

Shipping must be made via USPS ONLY. We will not accept other companies. All packages shipped by any other shipping companies will be refused.
 
All returns sent with C.O.D. will be refused.

All exchanges must be sent via the post office and NOT a private company. Customers must write: "Return of  merchandise" on the parcel and on the customs declaration form provided by the post office.

 

Item Availability

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact the client via email. The client will then have the option to get a refund. The merchandise available at luxetire.com is subject to change.

Shipping

Regular shipping and handling is free for the majority of countries*. Luxetire reserves the right to charge a shipping fee for certain areas and/or countries.

*Standard shipping to Australia is free if order amount exceeds A$160 (Australian Dollar).
